Ceremonial works across a range of community and group settings — from clearly defined offerings such as women’s groups, creative circles and facilitated gatherings, to bespoke events and workshops designed in response to a brief.

Some gatherings are open and participatory, inviting individuals to come together around shared themes, creativity or reflection. Others are developed in partnership with organisations, workplaces or community groups — designed to support connection, conversation, learning or transition within a particular context. Each offering is shaped around the people involved, the purpose of the gathering, and the environment in which it takes place.

Ceremonial is led by Diana Fisk, a documentarian, creative facilitator and celebrant. With a background in documentary filmmaking and years of experience working across live events and community contexts, Diana brings a grounded, story-led approach to group facilitation. Her work is shaped by careful listening, clear intention and a deep respect for the people in the room.

Diana’s role can shift depending on what’s needed. She may act as a facilitator, host or MC; design the structure and flow of a gathering; or work as a creative lead alongside an organisation to develop something tailored to its people. Rather than imposing a format, she works collaboratively to understand what the gathering is intended to offer, and how best to support participation and connection.

Across all community gatherings, the intention is the same: to create spaces that feel considered and inclusive, where people can participate in ways that feel natural rather than prescribed. Ceremonial places a strong emphasis on access and inclusion in practice, with experience working alongside diverse communities and people with disabilities. Access needs, cultural considerations and different ways of engaging are approached openly, so each gathering feels thoughtful, respectful and genuinely designed for the people present.
